Social Responsibility

A Caring Workplace
We put people at the core by promoting a safe, healthy, and inclusive work environment that respects labor rights and human rights. We actively engage in community care and education support.
Regarding supply chain management, we strictly follow the RBA (Responsible Business Alliance) COC 8.0 standards to ensure all partners comply with labor safety, human rights protection, and ethical sourcing requirements.
At the same time, we firmly reject the use of conflict minerals and have established tracking, auditing, and documentation systems to guarantee supply chain transparency and adherence to international responsibility standards—demonstrating our commitment to creating a positive social impact.

Responsible Minerals Procurement Policy
As a part of the manufacturing industry, our company fully understands the importance of raw material sourcing in social responsibility and supply chain sustainability. Therefore, we firmly reject the use of materials sourced from conflict-affected regions, including tantalum (Ta), tin (Sn), tungsten (W), gold (Au), cobalt (Co), and mica. We continuously support the Responsible Business Alliance
(RBA) and the Global e-Sustainability Initiative (GeSI) in their jointly launched Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI), and have established comprehensive material management systems.
Through supplier declarations, document reviews, and necessary audit procedures, we ensure all raw materials come from legal, transparent sources that do not involve human rights abuses or armed conflict.
