In 1980, founded in Hulin Street, Taipei as a terminal connector manufacturer and insulation material processor
In 1982, installed a wire harness production line because of business needs;
in the same year, moved to East Zhongxiao Road, Taipei
In 1987, got the certificate of Qualified Factory by CSA
In 1987, Establishment of the Supervisory Committee of Workers’ Pension Preparation Fund of Business Entities
In 1988, self-purchased a plant in Neihu Dist., Taipei
In 1989, Establishment the Employee Welfare Committee of Chieh Cheng Enterprise Co., Ltd.
In 1989, advocated automation for more capacity and better quality consistence. In the same year, got UL certificate;
In 1991, self-purchased a new plant in Qidu Dist, Keelung
In 1996, moved to Qidu Dist, Keelung for competitiveness enhancement and management cost saving;
In 1997, introduced ISO quality system into production for quality upgrading and customer satisfaction;
In 1998, got the ISO-9002 certificate by TUV;
In 2000, got the ISO-9001 certificate by TUV;
In 2003, got the ISO-9001:2000 certificate by TUV;
In 2005, implemented overall environmental protection policy;
In 2006, started using environmental-friendly materials; All products match the EU RoHs standards;
In 2007, conducted RoHs tests independently by self-purchased benchtop X-ray tester;
In 2007, got the IECQ QC080000 certificate by TUV;
In 2008, got the ISO14001 certificate by AFAQ;
In 2009, got the ISO9001:2008 certificate by TUV;
In 2011, device upgrading – installed advanced both-end terminal presses that could detect automatically the pressure of
both terminals, as well as soldering tin machines;
In 2011, got the ISO 14001 certificate by Alliance International Registrar LLC;
In 2013, got CUL certificate; In August of the same year, introduced CSA into CUL for cost reduce;
In 2013, got the IECQ QC080000:2012 certificate by TUV;
In 2014, installed the terminal section measuring instrument for terminal section analysis;
In 2014, added more advanced presses that could detect automatically the pressure of both terminals
(super-speed machining),and automatic waterproof seal insert high performance presses;
In 2015, installed automatic pressure testing machines, and CCD image detection automatic terminal press;
In 2016, got the ISO 14001：2015 certificate by Alliance International Registrar LLC;
In 2017, installed automatic pressure testing machines, automatic terminal press;
In 2017, installed ultrahigh speed automatic cutting machines;
In 2018, got the ISO9001:2015 certificate by TUV;
In 2018, installed Insert/pull force tester ;
In 2019, got the IECQ QC080000:2017 certificate by TUV;
In 2019, installed ULTRA SONIC WELDING;
