Chieh Cheng Enterprise was founded in 1980, and since its inception, our company has always upheld the core values of "Integrity, Responsibility, Service, and Quality." Initially focused on manufacturing terminal connectors and insulating materials, we have since expanded into wire assembly to meet growing business needs.Currently, the company has approximately 80 employees.
In a constantly evolving market, we continually improve our equipment and processes, offering exceptional custom solutions. Our superior product quality has set industry standards, earning customer trust and establishing a strong brand image.
As times evolve and in response to global environmental protection trends, we align with national green energy policies to reduce carbon emissions and minimize energy waste. To mitigate the impact on the environment and climate, we adopted the RBA (Responsible Business Alliance) Code of Conduct in 2018, enhancing awareness of human rights, environmental protection, ethics, public welfare, and employee health and safety.

- Expanded precision testing and analysis equipment: Connector air-tight positive and negative pressure testing instrument.
2020
- Upgraded precision testing and analysis equipment: Energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence analyzer.

- Obtained German TUV certification for IECQ QC 080000:2017.
2018
- Added electronic tensile testing machine (3000kgf).
2014
- Introduced precision testing and analysis equipment: Terminal crimping cross section ratio analyer.
2013
- Obtained cUL safety standard certification. In August, integrated CSA certification standards into cUL.
2008
- Obtained AFAQ certification for ISO 14001.
2005
- Implemented environmental protection policies. The following year, switched to using environmentally friendly materials and began producing RoHS-compliant products.
2000
- Obtained German TUV certification for ISO 9001.
1997
- Introduced the ISO international quality system to improve quality and meet customer needs.
1989
- Obtained UL safety standard certification, fully promoted automation to enhance production capacity and quality stability.

Environmental Protection Policy
To comply with the trend of the world’s environmental protection, CHIEH CHENG would like to do its duty as a part of the global village. In addition to providing green products and technologies that customers can trust and feel at ease with, CHIEH CHENG also regards being kind to the environment as one of the goals of sustainable business operations.In view of this, we spontaneously established an environmental management system and obtained the ISO 14001 certificate in 2008 to ensure compliance with national environmental protection laws and regulations. CHIEH CHENG passed the ISO 14064-1:2018 certification in March 2023. Based on standards and requirements for GHG reduction, promote systematic GHG emission inventory and verification procedures and provide reference for implementing effective emission reduction and improvement plans in the future.
CHIEH CHENG promises to insist on environmentalism in its business. The environmental protection policy below is the company-wide promise.

Responsible Minerals Policy
Chieh Cheng Enterprise determines to perform social responsibility and environmental protection issues,supporting all of RBA business activities in compliance with the Code of Conduct.We feels deeply regretful about the human rights tragedy in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and its neighboring countries in Africa and takes practical actions to support the RMI initiated by the RBA and the GeSI,while not supporting nor using the minerals from illegal mining or poor work environments.In addition, We requires all of its suppliers to use the CMRT and the EMRT provided by the RMI to investigate the minerals of tantalum (Ta), tin (Sn), tungsten ( W), gold (Au), cobalt (Co) and mica contained in their products and to confirm the source of these minerals through due diligence. |
